Hello everyone! Things have been pretty quiet on this board lately, so I thought I'd start a post about Holly. Since Holly doesn't have her own board (YET!), I thought it would be a great show of support for Kathleen if everyone posted a message for her. I know Kathleen doesn't get on-line, but perhaps George could tell her about our posts or even print them out and mail them to her, just so she knows how much we miss her! I for one can't wait for Kathleen to start offering her own autographed Holly photos -- I'm sure they will be a great hit! Any idea when that will be, George? Any news from Kathleen? Please be sure to wish her our best the next time you speak with her. I hope to see a lot of posts here! :o) Here's mine:
Kathleen, I'm your #1 fan! As a young kid I thought Holly was the coolest, I always wanted to go on an adventure with her. I hope your own journey through life has been an exciting adventure that finds you happy, healthy, and surrounded by love. Please know that all your fans wish you nothing but the best for the future! :o)

Hey Frank, this is a great idea!
Until we do have a special Holly board up, and seeing as how Kathy isn't on the Net as of yet, I'd be happy to print out this forum and show it to her next time I meet with her.
The photos should be coming along real soon now, I will post right here when they do, or maybe even send one of my rare eMail list letters out.
Holly rules!
George
Hey Fellow Holly fans,
As I posted before in the forum in my younger days,I was around 7 when the show started,I was just getting into that noticing girl stage and holly (kathleen) was my first hollywood actress crush as I am sure it was for most people my age who remembered watching land of the lost after eating their alphabets on saturday morning.
I am sure she will be suprised at all the people who still are fans over two decades after the show went off the air,Printing these messages is a great idea and am curious about what kathleen is doing now and why she pretty much gave up hollywood after Land of the Lost, and what she thinks about what has happended to other child stars like Adam Rich who was in that photograph with her.

Hi, Kathleen! I wanted to post here
when George shows this to you.
I remember the episode "Hurricane."
I think it was the one where the future
visitor came to LOTL. He mentioned
a 'hypersonic glider' well we are now
in the time frame he came from. Wired huh?
And Im sure everyone would like to know...
do you have any of those pylon matrix
crystals somewhere? :)
Hope you are doing well, and I look forward
to seeing a picture on this site!
Maybe even a current 'family potrait'
of the Marshalls. :)

Why don't suckers like that just go on with their sad lifes and leave us alone?

Hey everyone! Don't let the recent negativity on this board stop you from showing your love and support for Kathleen. After all, that's what we're all about. Don't worry, George will edit out all the bad posts before he sends them to Kathleen. So let's keep those Holly posts coming! :o)

i am neither pro nor con holly. i only find it quiet wierd to say the least, that anyone in his/ her right mind could be obsessed with
an actess from a tv program from the 1970s.my god it's been over 20 years.as i've said before get real people.
i am,
patrickxxx

I understand Patrick's concern. But we
are just fans who think it is great these
folks are still with us and turned out
good lives. Its just fan appreciation.
Heck, I am researching the vehicle used
in ARK II. 1976! That was a very short
lived series. More than likely the vehicle was dismantled and no longer exists.
But it would be great if we had more
'areodynamic RV's.' Than the current
roving rectangles. :)

Hi Kathleen!
It's Mike from DragonCon! It was a blast finally meeting you and Walker. I'm just sorry we couldn't stay the whole weekend. You were my first crush! I hope to see you again next
year!

What would you like to know? I was only able to get that Friday off...which was convenient because that's when the LOTL panel was held. Kathy signed my "Elsewhen" script which is her favorite episode while Walker signed his copy of "The Search" which he sent me over 15 years ago. He also signed my MIB G1 Inferno reissue as well as a painting of Enik I
bought from Adam Furgang on eBay some time ago. They also both posed with a picture of my Sleestak mask replica although I was having problems with my digicam and it came out blurry. :(
The panel basically aired a few episodes including "Elswhen" where Walker and Kathleen offered live commentary. At the end, there was a quick trivia contest consisting of a single
and quite simple question: "What was the name of Cha-Ka's tribe?" I won several Krofft DVDs as a result. Thankfully, none of them were LOTL since I already owned the complete
series.
Oh...and both Kathleen and Walker agreed that the reason Spencer left the show was because he had moved on to other projects.
Anything else? I tried posting pictures with my last post but I'm going to have to edit the size down so they'll upload.

I would also like to see a pic of the Enik mask you made.
