Is LOTL on Saturday morning am or Sunday morning am?

I really don't want to miss any episodes of Land of the Lost, so if anyone can tell me if I have to set my VCR tonight or tomorrow night for the am schedule, I'll really appreciate it.

TVLAND at 5am Sunday mornings
eastern time.
Retrovision itself begins at 3am esstern
Sunday.
And look for 90's LAND OF THE LOST
soon on tvlan.

Okay, now I'm really confused. I went to the TVLand schedule link that George gave us:

and there it clearly says that "Land of the Lost" is being aired at 3:30am on Saturdays on TVLand. So where are people getting 5:00am on Sunday???

TVLand's weekly schedule still lists Maude up to 4:00am Saturday. So I think I'll just tape both Saturday and Sunday am's and see which day LOTL and The Bugaloos come on and go from there. *s*

I used to love viewing it every weekend!!!
