Wanted: A few episodes

Does anyone out there have all three seasons on tape?

I know that a few have suggested Laurel but JP posted that his copies from her self destructed. I would love to get copies of a few episodes from the first two seasons and would pay you for your time. I only got three episodes off of TVLAND before they pulled the plug and I don't know if I can hold out for DVD release.

I'm not even sure Laurel is still selling tapes. I never got a response to an e-mail I sent her.

I wish Rhino would release more eps, but if you don't already have the four eps on two tapes they have released, they are of good quality.

However, I have found a guy who sells copies of Land of the Lost over the internet using mail order and he lives near me in Sacramento, CA.

All of his Land of the Lost episodes are listed as very good condition (only one step below his highest rated condition).

He puts 5 episodes per tape all recorded at SP speed. He even creates high quality videotape sleeves that have labels and Land of the Lost pictures on the front and sides. The sleeves come FREE with each tape.

I am going to try buying one and if the quality is good I will pass the link along.

Just remember most of the bootlegs out there are pretty piss poor, recorded off the TV and at the mercy of the tape and VCR quality of whoever recorded the show.

I know everyone is frustrated by the lack of episodes being released from Rhino, but if we keep lobbying we will get some first rate quality shows, and none of the junk people pass off on the Net.

I don't mean to preach, but think twice before you invest your dough with something that has no guarantee of quality.
