Hello Losties!

I just heard from the Sleestak leader and he says that George has been
kidnapped and put into the Sleestak egg cave to feed their young.
That's why he's been unable to update landofthelost.com for so long.
Please, if anyone has any multi-colored pigs around, Enik says the
Sleestak are willing to exchange the pig for George. Any assistance
is appreciated.

Now that was possibly the funniest thing I have read in about as long as I can remember. I can't even keep a straight face as I am typing this, and honestly, that shouldn't be hard, I just watched Saving Privare Ryan, but instead I am laughing at this post, I love it!

I really do apologize for my absence. The site has gotten to the point where it takes up so much time, and while I enjoy working on it and interacting with the semi normal fans (you abnormal ones know who you are) the return on my time investment has focused on my real job and the allmighty dollar.

I would love nothing more than to focus all my creative energies on the site and to make some sort of living out of bringing this site to the legions of fans that exist world wide, but I don't think that will be happening any time soon.

That being said, I will try my best to update and seek out new items for the site as often as I can, and I encourage anyone who wants to help out in any way to go for it. The new sounds on the site were from a buddy I met through the site, and the same for the upcoming video clips.

I put the site up for fun, and when it gets to be more work than fun, I have to think about work that doesn't pay the bills vs. work that does.

But don't worry, the site isn't going anywhere. I got to meet and hang out with Kathy and Phillip and meet tons of cool people who email the site, so I can say with certainty that all the work has been worth the effort!

This is a cool site. I just wish it was a little more informative. Are you telling me that NOBODY has the complete collection of LOTL for sale??

Somebody must have it, other than the second rate bootleggers. Anyway, keep up the good work people, I thought I was the only one left who enjoys LOTL. All my friends laugh at me.... Oh well

Hi Marc! I am definitely looking forward to seeing pictures of Kathleen too, so you're certainly not alone. I also know that our Webmaster is very busy these days, but I'm sure he'll get them up as soon as he can, George is very dedicated to this site! :o)
