This is the Land of the Lost Moon Spinners toy made by Larami in 1975.

What you have here are four spinners and one rather small red launcher. Grab a spinner, attach it to the launching unit, and let the fun begin.

The packaging is rather colorful, and there is a great full color photo of Chaka, Ta and Sa hidden behind the upper two spinners.
